Remembering so many happy times since we met on holiday in 1989. They helped our shy teenage girls embrace a fabulous holiday and we have enjoyed many happy and a few sad times together. We shall miss his love of life in all its fullness and his love of the many meals we shared together. I hope they make a good pie in heaven. Love you Derek. Rest in peace with Carole xxxx
